Novák Ildikó earned her degree as a teacher of English at Kossuth University in 1996. Since then, she has been teaching English at several institutions (language schools, the Foreign Language Centre of the University of Debrecen) and has lead corporate courses at different firms and institutions. She is doing her PhD studies at the Doctoral School of Humanities at the University of Debrecen. Her field of research is the social background of language learning.
