Rita Nandori is a third-year PhD student at the University of Debrecen; her research focuses on Inuit poetry, culture and 18 th and 19 th century British exploration writing about the Arctic and its peoples employing the theoretical toolkit of literary anthropology.  Furthermore, her academic interests include modern romantic fiction in a regency setting, its cultural foundations and relationship to the work of 19 th century British authors, such as Jane Austen.
