Institute Council | Institute of English and American Studies

The main governing body is the Institute Council. It consists of the chief officials of the Institute and of the four departments as well as of elected representatives. The Council offers mandates to three students who are invited to the meetings to represent their fellow-students’ opinion and who also have the right to vote. Any duly elected student representative can be a member of the Institute Council, but choosing them or organizing their election is entirely the students’ right and responsibility.
