The Irish Embassy to Hungary is now accepting applications for its Bursary Programme.
The Irish Embassy Bursary Programme was established by the Embassy of Ireland in Hungary, the Irish Hungarian Business Circle (IHBC), and the Forum of Scholars of Irish Studies in November 2014. The goal of the annual Bursary Programme is to support Hungarian students (pursuing Irish studies on BA, MA or PhD levels) who wish to go to Ireland for a summer school, a research trip, or an internship. The bursary programme pays or contributes towards the associated costs of the student’s trip. The following fields of study are eligible for the Programme: Irish history, society, language, literature, culture, politics, music or visual arts, architecture.
The bursary has been won by two students of IEAS, University of Debrecen so far: Nikolett Vixathep (2015) and Marianna Szenes (2016)
