My general research interest lies in syntax, semantics and language acquisition. I have mostly worked on argument structure and related phenomena, and on the grammar of pronominal systems. 

I am currently the head of the English Linguistics Doctoral Programme at the University of Debrecen, and I also serve as an editor of Acta Linguistica Academica and the editor-in-chief of Argumentum.
