The Irish Embassy to Hungary is now accepting applications for its Irish Embassy Bursary Programme:
Undergraduate, post-graduate and post-doctoral students registered at a Hungarian institution are eligible to apply, with the intention to:
- Attend a summer school in Ireland relating to the topic of the candidate’s research (once COVID circumstances allow)
- Visit to an Irish Research Institute (e.g.: National Library of Ireland, TCD Library, NUI Galway, Irish Film Institute or other relevant institutions) to carry out research directly related to their research topic (once COVID circumstances allow)
- Undertake an internship at an Irish business (once COVID circumstances allow)
- Visit to the Irish Research Library of the Library and Information Centre of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Budapest to carry out research directly related to their research topic.
The bursary has been won by two of our students so far: Nikolett Vixathep (2015) and Marianna Szenes (2016)
